Game winning FG helps Contreraz claim week 12 POW

On Tuesday Chase Contreraz was named NAL Week 12 Special Teams Player of the Week. Contreraz went three for four on extra point tries and kicked a 37-yard field goals as time expired as the Omaha Beef defeated the Colorado Spartans 30-27 last Saturday at Liberty First Credit Union Arena.

The place kicker is leading the NAL in extra point percentage with an 81.1 percent (30 of 37 attempts) and is tied for fourth in kicker scoring averaging 4.0 points per game.
